I've been recycling this post as FAQs or profile to let people in on what this blog is and who I am.

I've decided to take the current slowdown in production (due to my HD meltdown) to reflect upon the future of this blog.

I'm still going to keep the regular features; Weekly Reissue Roundup, Sunday Morning Playlist, Weekly Artist Overview, and Neverending Randomplay. At present, they're falling a little short of their once-a-week ideal, but once I'm done getting my tunes back (see HD meltdown above), the pace should pick up. For now, they're on a kinda once a week schedule.

The formats will remain the same on those, although the artist overviews will be a little shorter; the story tends to get lost in long discographies.

The irregular features, Lists, Themed Playlists with Rhapsody Radish, special reviews, Vox Populi, et. al. will be tossed in when time permits.

Some new ideas are brewing, stay tuned.

If you have a band and would like your music profiled at Freeway Jam please email me. Ditto anyone who would like to snail mail me material to review. I usually respond promptly by email, and can set a timetable. Certain articles can also be posted at Blogcritics.org, where I have a regular venue.

Sorry, I don't trade music.
