Start Me Up

According to my media player, my most played tracks this month are:
1. Spiritualized: "Come Together" (not the beatles song)
2. Siouxsie and the Banshees: "Kiss Them For Me"
3. Air: "Mike Mills"
4. Liliput: "Etoile"
5. Death In Vegas: "Aisha"
6. Bardo Pond: "Inside"
7. Zero 7: "I Have Seen"
8. 4 Hero: "Les Fluers" (I like Minnie Riperton's version a little better)
9. The Verve: "Bittersweet Symphony"
10. The Swingin' Blue Jeans: "You're No Good" (later became the Linda Ronstadt hit)
This is not truly indicative of my tastes, it's a little heavy on Electronica and Space Rock and light on everything else.
But I'll use that as a starting block for this Blog, which in theory will be related to music-consumption in the downloading/digital/iPod/media player era.
It'll probably run off in dozens of tangents as well.
That's all for now; I'll be back.
